Shipping & Delivery

Is there free shipping?

Yes! For orders over €100,- you get free shipping. For orders under €100,- we ask a small contribution of €4.95 for shipping costs. This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

What is the delivery time?

If you order on weekdays before 22:00, you will normally receive your order the next day. For Belgium, delivery is usually 1-2 working days and for Germany approximately 1-3 working days.

Please note that we are dependent on the carriers and cannot give any guarantees. During holidays or busy periods, such as Black Friday, it can sometimes take a little longer.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we deliver abroad! Shipping costs and delivery times vary per country. An overview of all countries, rates and delivery times can be found under the heading international shipments .

Can I choose a collection point?

It is currently not possible to choose a DHL collection point directly when completing your order. However, with DHL, for deliveries in the Netherlands, it is possible in some cases to change your delivery to delivery at a DHL ServicePoint, delivery to the neighbors or delivery to a location around your home via the track and trace link. This is not possible for deliveries in Belgium.

Can I change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. We have fast delivery high on our agenda. For this reason, we start working on this immediately after an order, and it is no longer possible to make changes afterwards.

Warranty & Complaints

I have not received my order, what now?

Sorry to hear that your package has not arrived yet. It may have been delivered to your neighbors. If this is not the case, but the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered, it is best to contact our customer service. You can do this by sending an email to info@casuallads.n

I received an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do now?

Always contact us (within 7 days of receipt) by email via info@casuallads.nl. If necessary, send photos and always send the order number. We will offer you a suitable solution.

There is something wrong with my item, what now?

We work exclusively with brands that are known for their quality. It can still happen that an item is not completely in order. Submit the problem to us via the contact form on the site or via an e-mail to info@casuallads.nl, then we will offer a suitable solution for the problem. Promise.

Order & Payment

How do I place an order?

Great that you would like to order something from us! You place an order by placing the items you want in the shopping cart. You can then go to the check-out via the shopping cart. Here you fill in your details and complete the payment. We will then get to work to deliver your order as soon as possible.

I have not received an order confirmation, what can I do?

It is annoying that you have not received an order confirmation. If you are sure that you are looking in the right mailbox, you could also check your spam mail. The order confirmation may have ended up there. If you have not received an order confirmation one hour after placing your order, please contact our customer service.

Can i cancel my order?

No, in most cases it is not possible to cancel your order. Because we want to deliver your order as soon as possible, we will start working on it immediately. Unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes. You can always return your order within 60 days for free.

Which payment methods can I use?

iDeal (Netherlands)
With iDeal you can pay online via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.

Klarna Pay Later
Klarna is a payment method that allows you to pay easily and safely up to 30 days afterwards. This allows you to try on the items first and then pay after you are satisfied.

Klarna in 3 parts
With Klarna in 3 parts you can split your payment into three equal parts, so you can pay in installments.

Bancontact (Belgium)
Belgian customers can easily pay with the physical card that is linked to credit on a Belgian bank account.

Credit card
You can pay with MasterCard, Maestro, VISA or American Express. We work with a deferred credit card payment. The amount will only be debited when your order has been delivered.

PayPal
PayPal is a worldwide online payment system used by individuals and online stores. Link your bank account or credit card and pay with your PayPal account in just a few clicks.

Sofort
Sofort gives you the opportunity to pay directly from your own bank account. Sofort Banking has a TÜV certificate, which guarantees safety.

Can I pay securely?

Yes. All the payment methods we offer are trusted online payment methods. This way we ensure that you do not have to worry about the security of your payment.

How can I redeem my discount code / gift card?

Place the products you want to order in your shopping cart. Then click on continue to go to the checkout. During the checkout under the heading order overview it is possible to redeem your discount code/gift card under the heading coupon code.

Returns

How do I return an item?

You can return items within 30 days, as long as they are in good condition. This means: undamaged, clean, unwashed, unaltered and unworn, with all labels or tags still attached. Are you creating a return via our returns panel? Then you do not need to include a packing slip.

You can easily return items via our Retourpanel.

Enter your order number and email address, select one or more items and then choose the reason for return. After filling in your details, you can choose from different carriers. The available carriers can be seen on the web page. You can then create and download your return label, so that you can actually have your return shipment sent. As soon as your return shipment has been processed, you will receive a message from us.

Can I return my order cheaply?

Returns are easy! You have 30 days and can purchase a return label via our return panel from €3.95.

I have not received a return form?

That's right, we can see from the return label that you created via our return portal who the shipment is from. Therefore, register your return via Returnless and create the return label there. This way we can immediately identify your return shipment.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your item for a different size. If you do need a different size, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order with the correct size.

When will I receive my money back?

After receipt, we will check the return shipment. If the return shipment is approved, we will credit the amount including shipping costs to you within 10 working days. Normally, we process your return within 5-7 working days after receipt. We will then ensure that you receive your money within a few days on the account with which you paid.

What are the return conditions?

The order must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Of course, the item(s) must be returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that all tags, labels or labels are still on/on/over the item.
