Do I need to pay shipping costs?

We charge a small fee for shipping your package. This differs per country and shipping method. Returns are free of charge for shipments within Europe.

What is the delivery time?

Shipping Netherlands
We offer three options for shipping your order within the Netherlands:


  • Standard delivery: ordered before 10 p.m., delivered the next day (Monday-Friday)
  • Evening delivery*: ordered before 10 p.m., delivered the following evening (Monday-Friday)
  • Same Day Delivery*: ordered before 10:30 a.m., delivered the same evening (Monday-Friday)

  • Your package will be delivered by DHL.

    *Please note: this option is not available for the Waddeneilanden.


    Shipping Belgium

    We offer two options for shipping your order within Belgium:

    • Standard delivery: ordered before 10 p.m., shipped the same day (Monday-Friday)
    • Evening delivery: ordered before 10 p.m., shipped the same day (Monday-Friday)

    The delivery time for Belgium is 1-2 working days. No deliveries are made in Belgium on Saturdays. 

    Your package will be delivered by DHL or BPost.

    Shipping Germany
    The delivery time for Germany is 1-2 working days. Delivery also takes place on Saturdays.
    Your parcel is delivered by DHL.

    Do you deliver to other countries?

    Yes, we deliver throughout Europe and to a number of other countries! Shipping costs and delivery times vary per country. An overview of all countries, rates and delivery times can be found under the international shipments heading.

    Can I choose a collection point?

    It is currently not possible to choose a DHL collection point directly at the completion of your order. However, with DHL it is sometimes possible to change your delivery via the track and trace link to a DHL ServicePoint delivery, delivery at the neighbours or delivery to a location around your home.

    Can I change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?

    No, unfortunately this is not possible. Fast delivery is very important to us. For this reason, we start working on this immediately after an order is placed, and it is not possible to make changes afterwards.

    Warranty & complaints

    I have not received my order, now what?

    We are sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived yet. It may have been delivered to your neighbours. Is this not the case, but indicates the track & trace that the parcel has been delivered? Then it is best to contact our customer service. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@casuallads.nl.

    I have received an incorrect/damaged item, what is the best thing to do?

    Always contact us (within 7 days of receipt) by e-mail at info@casuallads.nl. Send photos if necessary and always include the order number. We will offer you an appropriate solution.

    Something is wrong with my item, now what?

    We only work with brands known for their quality. Nevertheless, it may happen that an item is not quite right. Submit the problem to us via the contact form on the site or by emailing info@casuallads.nl, and we will offer a suitable solution to the problem. Promised.

    Ordering & payment

    How do I place an order?

    Great that you would like to order something from us! You place an order by adding your desired items to the shopping basket. You can then go to the check-out via the shopping basket. Here you fill in your details and complete the payment. We will then start working to deliver your order as soon as possible.

    I have not received an order confirmation, what can I do?

    We are sorry that you did not receive an order confirmation. If you are sure you are looking in the right mailbox, you could check your junk mail. The order confirmation may have ended up there. If you have not received an order confirmation one hour after placing your order, please contact our customer service.

    Can I cancel my order?

    No, in most cases it is not possible to cancel your order. Because we want to deliver your order as soon as possible, we will start working on it immediately. Unfortunately, we can no longer make changes then. However, you can always return your order free of charge within 60 days.

    Which payment methods can I use?

    You can pay with MasterCard, VISA or American Express. We work with a deferred credit card payment. The amount will not be debited until your order has been delivered.

    PayPal is a worldwide online payment system used by private individuals and webshops. Link your bank account or credit card and pay with your PayPal account in a few clicks.

    Riverty (formerly Afterpay)
    With Riverty, you shop first and pay later. See, feel and try everything and pay later. With simple returns and flexible payment options for convenience and more freedom. It's that simple. No hidden fees, no stress.

    Sofort allows you to pay directly from your own bank account. Sofort Banking has a TÜV certificate, ensuring safety. This payment method is currently only available if you are from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain or Switzerland.

    iDeal (the Netherlands)
    If you have a Dutch bank account, you can pay online with iDeal via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.

    Bancontact (Belgium)
    Belgian customers can pay easily with the physical card that is linked to credit on a Belgian bank account.

    Can I pay safely?

    Yes. All the payment methods we offer are trusted online payment methods. This way, we ensure that you do not have to worry about the security of your payment.

    How can I redeem my discount code / gift card?

    Add the products you want to order to your shopping cart. Then click on continue to proceed to checkout. During checkout, under the order summary heading, it is possible to redeem your discount code/gift card.

    Is Casual Lads reliable?

    Yes, all the products we sell are genuine. We are an official reseller of all the brands we sell. On Trustpilot we score an average of 4.8/5. We also offer the option of post-payment by credit card. Reviews from our customers can be viewed here.


    How do I return an item?

    You can return any item(s) to us within 60 days provided the item(s) are returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that all labels or tags are still on the item(s). You will receive a packing slip with every order. Always enclose the packing slip with your return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return without the packing slip.

    Enter your order number and e-mail address, select one or more items and then choose the reason for return. After entering your details, you can choose a carrier. The available carriers are listed on the web page. Next, you can create and download your return label so you can actually sent your return. We will notify you as soon as your return has been processed.

    Are returns free of charge?

    Yes, returns within Europe are completely free of charge via www.casuallads.com/returns

    I did not receive a return form?

    That's right, enclosing the enclosed packing slip is sufficient. If you do not have a packing slip either, you can optionally download a return form when you register your return. Don't have a printer or do you prefer to return without printing? Write down your name, address details and order number(s) on a piece of paper.

    Can I exchange an article for another size?

    No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your article for another size. If you do need a different size, we recommend you return your order and place a new order with the correct size.

    When will I receive my money back?

    We will check the return shipment upon receipt. If the return is found to be correct, we will credit the amount including shipping costs to you within 10 working days. We normally process your return within 5-7 working days after receipt. We will then ensure that your money is credited to the account used for payment within a few days.
