Wat is de levertijd?

The delivery time depends on your country. In the Benelux, the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. Germany has a delivery time of 1 to 4 working days and France has a delivery time of 2 to 4 working days. For other European countries, the delivery time is between 2 and 10 days. For the rest of the world, the delivery time is 5 to 15 working days. This all depends on the distance from your country to our warehouse in the Netherlands and the transport possibilities.

Ontvang ik een track and trace code?

Yes! You will receive a track and trace code by e-mail when your order is shipped. With this code you can see where your order is.

Kan ik bij het bestellen kiezen voor een post nl afhaalpunt?

It is currently not possible to choose a collection point.

Kan ik het bezorgadres wijzigen als de bestelling al gedaan is?

No, unfortunately this isn't possible. Fast delivery is our top priority. For this reason, we start processing your order immediately after it has been placed, and it is no longer possible to make changes afterwards.

Ik heb mijn bestelling niet ontvangen, wat nu?

Hoe plaats ik een bestelling?

No, in most cases it is not possible to cancel your order. Because we want to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately start processing it. Unfortunately, we then can no longer make any changes. You can return your order at any time within 60 days.

You can return all items to us within 60 days, provided that the item(s) are returned in good condition. This means that the items have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all cards or tags are still attached to the item. You will receive a packing slip with every order. Always send the packing slip with your return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return without a packing slip.

After filling in your details, you can see which carrier(s) are available and, if possible, choose the one you prefer. You can then create and download your return label so you can actually have your return shipped.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to swap your item for a different size. If you do need a different size, we recommend that you return your order and place a new order with the correct size.

Wanneer ontvang ik mijn centen terug

After receipt we check the return shipment. When the return shipment has been approved, we will credit the amount including shipping costs to you as soon as possible. Normally we process your return within 5-7 working days after receipt. We will then ensure that you receive your money as quickly as possible on the account with which you paid. This partly depends on the speed at which your bank processes the payment.

Kan ik alle artikelen retourneren?

All items, with the exception of hygiene products (such as mouth masks), can be returned.
