SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Is there free shipping?
Yes! For orders over €100,- you get free shipping. For orders under €100,- we ask a small contribution of €4.95 for shipping costs. This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
What is the delivery time?
We deliver fast across Europe. Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. For the rest of Europe, delivery takes around 3–5 business days.
Do you deliver abroad?

What are the order and delivery times per country?
The Netherlands
€4.95 (free from €100) – delivery within 1 working day.
Belgium, Germany

€9.95 – delivery within 2-4 business days.

Can I change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?
In some cases it is still possible to adjust something after your order, but unfortunately not often. We immediately start working to send everything quickly. Do you still want to change something? Send us an email as soon as possible, then we will see what is still possible.
ORDER & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
You place an order by placing the items you want in the shopping cart. You can then go to the checkout via the shopping cart. Here you fill in your details and complete the payment. We will then get to work to deliver your order as soon as possible.
I have not received an order confirmation, what can I do?
It is annoying that you have not received an order confirmation. If you are sure that you are looking in the right mailbox, you could also check your spam mail. The order confirmation may have ended up there. If you have not received an order confirmation one hour after placing your order, please contact our customer service.
Can i cancel my order?
In most cases it is not possible to cancel your order. We will immediately start working to deliver your order as soon as possible, which means that changing or cancelling is often no longer possible. Do you still want to cancel something? Then contact us as soon as possible by email, then we will see what is still possible. Returns are always possible within 30 days.
Which payment methods can I use?
iDeal (Netherlands)
With iDeal you can pay online via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.
Klarna Pay Later
Klarna is a payment method that allows you to pay easily and safely up to 30 days afterwards. This allows you to try on the items first and then pay after you are satisfied.
Klarna in 3 parts
With Klarna in 3 parts you can split your payment into three equal parts, so you can pay in installments.
Bancontact (Belgium)
Belgian customers can easily pay with the physical card that is linked to credit on a Belgian bank account.
Credit card
You can pay with MasterCard, Maestro, VISA or American Express. We work with a deferred credit card payment. The amount will only be debited when your order has been delivered.
PayPal
PayPal is a worldwide online payment system used by individuals and online stores. Link your bank account or credit card and pay with your PayPal account in just a few clicks.
Can I pay securely?
Yes. All the payment methods we offer are trusted online payment methods. This way we ensure that you do not have to worry about the security of your payment.
Where can I enter my discount code or gift card?
Place the products you want to order in your shopping cart. Then click on continue to go to the checkout. During the checkout under the heading order overview it is possible to redeem your discount code/gift card under the heading coupon code.

Yes, all orders shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria are automatically insured up to €100 via Trusted Shops.
Is your order worth more than €100? As a Trusted Shops member, you can add extra protection.
RETURN
How do I return an item?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. During this period, you can view and try on the product, as you would in a physical store.
Please ensure that the item is returned complete and in its original packaging, if reasonably possible. Has it been used further than necessary for assessment? Then a depreciation charge may be made.
Items should preferably be undamaged, clean, unwashed and with all labels or tags still attached.
Register your return via our return panel ? Then it is not necessary to send a packing slip.
Can I return my order cheaply?
Yes! You have 30 days and via our return panel you can easily arrange a return label from €3.95. Choose DHL, DPD or PostNL yourself and go for a printerless label if you do not have a printer.
I have not received a return form?
That's right, we can see from the return label that you created via our return portal who the shipment is from. Therefore, register your return via our return panel and create the return label there. This way we can immediately identify your return shipment.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your item for a different size. If you do need a different size, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order with the correct size.
When will I receive my money back?
After receiving your return, we will check it. If everything is in order, we will refund the amount to the account that was used for payment. We usually process your return within 5 to 10 business days, and the money will be in your account within a few days.
What are the return conditions?
- Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Register your return via our returns panel .
- During the inspection period you can view and try on the item as you would in a store.
- Has the product been used more extensively than necessary to assess it? In that case, compensation for depreciation may be withheld.
- Items should be returned complete and in their original packaging, if reasonably possible.
- Labels and tags should preferably still be attached unless they had to be removed for a reasonable assessment.
- It is not necessary to include a packing slip if you have registered your return via our returns panel.
- After receipt and approval, the amount will be refunded or deducted from the invoice (if paying afterwards) within 5–10 working days.
Until when can I return an item?
You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving your order.
Can I return all items?
All items, with the exception of hygiene products (such as face masks), can be returned.
WARRANTY
I have not received my order, what now?
Sorry to hear that your package has not arrived yet. It may have been delivered to your neighbors. If this is not the case, but the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered, it is best to contact our customer service. You can do this by sending an email to info@casuallads.nl.
I received an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do now?
Always contact us (within 7 days of receipt) by email via info@casuallads.nl. If necessary, send photos and always send the order number. We will offer you a suitable solution.
There is something wrong with my item, what now?
We work exclusively with brands that are known for their quality. It can still happen that an item is not completely in order. Submit the problem to us via the contact form on the site or via an e-mail to info@casuallads.nl, then we will offer a suitable solution for the problem. Promise.
