In what time can I return my order to casual lads once I’ve received it?

Take your time and don’t rush! With Casual Lads, you have up to 14 days after you received the product to return it to us for a refund. Do you like a credit note? No problem!

The good news is, you can keep the stickers and gadgets you received with the product. Though, the products must be returned in their original state with labels. And of course, the products may not be worn.

I received a product i didn’t order. what should i do?

Oops, we did not do that on purpose! If the item is incorrect, please let us know a.s.a.p by sending us an e-mail. Of course, we can arrange a return or replacement for you or if you intend to, a refund.

To help you as good as we can, we need your full name and the number of the order if you give us a call or an e-mail.

Return a product for an exchange? this is how it works

No need to worry. With every order, you receive a return sheet from us. On this form, you can fill in all the important information about your exchange. Send it back along with the product, and we will contact you as soon as the product is back with us to resolve the exchange for you. If we don’t have an exchange that will suit you, we will arrange a full refund to you. This may take 5 days.

You can’t exchange an article for another size. If you need a bigger or smaller size, you can simply place (if in stock) a new order with the right size.

What is the right address for returning an article? Do you have a pen? Please fill out the form on your invoice. (you received it with your order). Simply send the package back to our returns department on the following address:

Please note: The shipping costs for returns are for your own account. Make sure you keep your track & trace because that is your proof of shipment to us.

What is my responsibility for returning articles? Important to know is, is that you are responsible for the goods during shipment until we received them in good order. If we may do a recommendation, please make sure that you use an insured return service for the products.

Please note that if an International return is applicable for you, that the package must be clearly marked with “ Return to Sender”. This is because we are not responsible for any customs and import duties. If you did not mark the returning with “Return to Sender” we will contact you about the costs of the customs and duties and If you want us to deduct it from your account or refund.
