If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
You can easily purchase a return label through our Return Portal starting from €3.95.
Return Conditions
- Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery.
- Register your return through our Return Portal.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All tags and labels must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A packing slip is not required if you register your return through our Return Portal.
- After approval, the amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days or deducted from the invoice.
