Is there free shipping?
Yes! For orders over €100,- you get free shipping. For orders under €100,- we ask a small contribution of €4.95 for shipping costs. This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
How quickly will I receive my order?
If you order on a working day before 23:59, you will receive your order the next day. Super fast and without hassle. Ordering on Sunday is also smart: ordered before 17:00 = delivered on Monday.
Do you live in Belgium? Then count on 1-2 business days. In Germany your package is usually there within 1-3 business days.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
We work with reliable and fast carriers to deliver your order safely and smoothly.
In the Netherlands and Germany we deliver with DHL. Are you ordering from Belgium? Then your package will be delivered by PostNL.
You will always receive a track & trace code so you can track your order.
Can I return my order?
Definitely! Returning is very easy with us. You have 30 days to decide calmly. Via our return portal you can quickly and cheaply arrange a return label from €3.95. You choose whether you want a printerless label or a label to print out.
